• Flexible Earnings: Set your own hourly rates (suggested starting at $100–$250 CAD based on market averages and your background). We take a fair 20–30% platform fee per session to cover client matching, marketing, scheduling, and payments—leaving you with the majority of the earnings. For example, if you charge $150/hour, you’ll keep $105–$120 after our fee.
• No Rigid Schedule: Sessions are pre-booked around your availability. Accept or decline any client referral at your discretion—no quotas or penalties.

• Client Matching and Growth: We’ll promote your profile on our site and match you with clients who align with your niche, helping you build your practice. New coaches can start with introductory rates to gain experience and reviews.

Requirements to Apply:
We’re looking for coaches who are committed to ethical, client-centered practices. While experience is a plus, we encourage applications from promising newcomers to foster growth in the field.
• Education and Training: A relevant educational background, such as a degree, diploma, or certification in coaching, psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field (e.g., from Canadian institutions like the University of Toronto, Adler Graduate Professional School, or online programs like those accredited by the International Coaching Federation - ICF Canada). Recent graduates or those completing programs are welcome—share your academic achievements and any coaching coursework.
• Trauma-Informed Knowledge: Training or familiarity with trauma-informed approaches (e.g., through workshops, certifications like those from the Trauma-Informed Practice Institute in Canada, or equivalent self-study). If you’re new, demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply these principles.
• Coaching Foundation: Some exposure to coaching, even if entry-level—such as volunteer work, internships, personal mentoring, or initial client sessions. Provide details on your coaching philosophy and any relevant skills in areas like communication, emotional intelligence, or relationship dynamics.
• Online Readiness: Comfortable with virtual coaching tools and a professional setup (reliable internet, quiet space). Available for sessions on a flexible, as-needed basis.
• Preferred Experience: While not required, preference for those with practical coaching experience (e.g., 1+ years in dating, relationships, or life coaching). Share testimonials, references, or case studies if available.
• Professional Standards: Commitment to ethics (e.g., aligned with ICF Canada guidelines), including confidentiality, inclusivity, and boundary-setting. Willingness for a standard background check for client safety.
• Canadian Focus: Based in or familiar with Canadian contexts, as our platform serves clients nationwide (rates in CAD, compliance with provincial regulations where applicable).
